Pilates IN PARADISE

The New Year means a clean slate and a fresh start. Health and wellness tend to take center stage in January, with ‘Dry January’ being the staple of starting the year off on the right foot. In honor of that yearly reset, Agency partnered with fitness instructor, Shay Williams, for a Pilates in Paradise partnership. The partnership proved successful, having converted many of Shay’s clients into guests.

Note: Executed over two weekends in January.

galentine’s day

The day before Valentine’s Day has been infamously dubbed as Galentine’s Day, a day to celebrate the beauty of female friendships. Agency to secure a pair of BFF content creators to visit the resort for a girls getaway.

*Property was running high occupancy and creators were looking for paid opportunities. No budget for the initiative.

BONUS: leave the bags at home

As a fun spin, secure a pair of fashion influencers like Vale Genta & Laura Vila and give them each a budget to spend at the shops at Fisherman’s Village. They can shop for their girls getaway wardrobe and highlight the shopping spree, and their haul on their socials bringing attention to the boutiques and options found here.

Cruisin’

Agency to establish and maintain relationships with the PR teams for the cruise lines that visit Bimini each week. Agency will keep open lines of communication to ensure awareness of any media or content creators who will be visiting Bimini, and put forth options for partnerships/hosting by way of cabanas, resort pass, etc. 

ADDITIONAL: PRESS TRIP

Agency to partner with a cruise line to collaborate on a press trip with a visit to Bimini. When in Bimini, the press group will start the day with a visit to Fisherman’s Village for some retail therapy, followed by a meal at Healing Hole, and a cabana day at RW Bimini Beach.

FOCUS: CRUISE

This year, agency and resort team to work more closely to source and profile real weddings at the resort. Agency to host a ‘Real Weddings 101’ meeting with hotel’s wedding team to help with identifying real weddings to then pitch to national and regional bridal publications.

Agency will pitch unique storylines and offerings that align with trends, holidays and specialty days, as well as develop and create compelling story angles to keep Resorts World Bimini in the media year-round.
